Don’t let yourself copy other people’s material. Plagiarism will ruin your credibility among your readers as well as your peers and can also result in legal action against you. It’s not necessary to work as a professional writer, as long as you are passionate about your subject. If you do add “snippets” to your blog from other professional bloggers, mention it in you blog, ie: “thanks to ___ for the information in this article”. Or “Thanks to ___ as a major contributor to this article”.
You Need A Domain Name
Purchase a domain name instead of using a site that is free. You will increase the professional appearance of your blog for the small fee. Visitors will have less trouble remembering the blog if its title includes your business name. I use Go Daddy for my domain name.
Don’t forget about pursuits in your life other than your blog. If you allow things to get out of 
balance, you’ll burn out and not be able to produce new content. Make sure to give yourself time off from blogging. Take time out for a walk, visit with friends or just take a five minute break. This will recharge your batteries and make you a better blogger.
Blog about something readers want to know. Don’t blog about daily chores that everybody does like washing dishes or making beds. Unless you can present these topics in an exciting and unique way, internet users will not want to read your blog. Always try to choose a topic that is interesting, and you feel like readers will love. After all, you want to turn your blog into something that people want to read.
Make your blog unique
Unique content will draw readers. Using rare information is also good. Talk about unusual and interesting events and experiences. You can give complex details about constructing a widget. The idea behind this is to give potential visitors a reason to visit your blog as opposed to all the other ones out on the internet.
Blogging is nothing short of an online phenomenon. Blogs are created for many reasons, but they all want to get their message to their target audience.
