It is common knowledge that people would like to make more money either from their job or from working at home. And that many would like to have a business of their own but don’t
know how to start or expand. And no one wants to be labeled as failing in his or her home based business. So how does this have a great advantage to you and your business opportunity? And How can you attract more people to look at what you have to offer?

Congratulation on your home business
Congratulation for looking at starting your home business. Why? A home based business has many advantages you may not realize. First, it is a low cost little risk way to start a business. Second there are many tax advantage to having a business of your own. Third when operated properly, you can make some money, in fact if done right you can make a lot of money. Forth and in my option, the most important, you get to meet many other “positive” minded people.
But there is a down side to Network Marketing or MLM. Most people fail and it is mainly for the wrong reasons. Most people get very excited with their new MLM Company but forget that it is a BUSINESS. They try to recuite the wrong people, they work at it as a hobby and then become frustrated and quit. They then blame the MLM Company or the MLM industry or their upline for their failure and then call MLM as a fraud or scam.
Is Network Marketing A Scam?
Absolutely Not, Network Marketing is not a scam in fact it is a very viable business opportunity that many people are making a lot of money with. So what was the difference?
People failed… the business did not fail. People like to blame others not themselves. Instead of saying “it didn’t work for me”, they say “it is a scam or a pyramid”. WRONG!
The successful network marketer “DID IT RIGHT”. They only invited qualified people into the business. The successful network marketer only works with qualified people. And the successful network marketer has a well designed plan he or she follows every day. It is not a hit or miss but a well targeted business opportunity approach that is “duplicated” for them and their reps.
It is all about communications
Here is the fatal action many take to destroy their business.
When a new distributor or affiliate partner signs up with them, they thank the new distributor. Then they leave them alone to figure it out. If they call they tell them they will call back….maybe. If the new distributor has a problem they tell them to figure it out..”it’s a great learning experience”. If a new distributor is working online and needs advice, they tell them to GOOGLE for the answers. When a new product or new business procedure comes out, they email the distributor. Questions on how to market or sell the MLM opportunity, they have them look in the New Distributor Manual for the answer. If they happen to catch them off guard and they actually answer the phone, they give them a quick answer and say “I’m, really busy gota go” and hang up.
Sounds lutercrist right! But unfortunately it happens and it happens every day. This is why so many people fail or look for a new opportunity. This is a Fatal Action On Your Part if you follow the above procedure.
You Have A “Diamond In The Ruff”
The new distributor is a “diamond in the ruff”. They need you or they need help from your upline. Don’t know the answer to their problem? Go to your upline or above for assistance. If you spend time with your new distributor, polish, buff and cut them out to be successful, you have a beautiful stone who will go on and start building their own business giving you time to locate another “diamond in the ruff”. Spend quality time now such as a bird spends time with her chick, so that they can take flight and start a new family.
The Fundamentals
Most important, educate your new distributor on the fundamentals. Help them understand 
it’s common to have questions. Help them to understand that frustration will set in. Help them understand that people will quit. There will be good days and bad, disappointments and unbelievable success. But most of all teach them how to INTERVIEW A NEW PROSPECT and reject anyone that does not meet the “requirements” to be a business owner.
Win Win
Finally, plug your new distributor into a coaching or training program that will almost guarantee their success. This is a Win-Win situation for you and your new distributor.
You can make money with network marketing and you can fail miserably with network marketing… the choice is yours.
If you and your new distributor follow a well designed plan with a step-by-step guide and is duplicable and you treat your business as a “business”, MLM success can be your. Network Marketing is not a scam. If it were, why then are so many people successful and so many people are joining the business opportunity?
