Ensure that the titles of your blog posts are catchy. Imagine that you are someone who is just browsing the Internet and you see your blog post among thousands of others. Your title should ensure that your blog headline sticks out from the rest.
SEO Friendly
Your blog should be Search Engine Optimization (SEO) friendly. The whole point of a blog is to get people to read it, so you need to ensure that your site appears high in the search results for relevant keywords. Choose keywords relevant to your topic, and use them throughout blog posts and titles to boost readership.
The Use Of Keywords and Long Tail Keywords
You really should know the difference between a Keyword and a Long Tail Keyword. This is very important to your blog post if you are in the business of making money with your blog. Keywords will drive targeted traffic to your blog site.

You Do Have a Personal Life
Remember that you have a life outside of blogging. Not giving yourself some occasional free time can affect your enthusiasm and your writing. Separate your personal life and your blogging life. Do things like family days, exercise, take walks or visiting friends. This allows you time to return to the blog to write some quality content.
Good Grammer…Yes…But Is It Important?
Since blogging is on a personal level you should avoid writing formally. You should still write in a professional manner and use proper grammar but remember your blog should be friendly and enjoyable to read. Your readers will be able to relate to you more when you are writing to them in a casual way and will continue reading your blogs.
As mentioned, use images when you’re making posts. Remember, a picture really is worth more than a thousand written words. This is definitely true for blogging. Images do display a lot more information than a bunch of words. Fill your blog with pertinent images but don’t “over do it”.
Here’s an example:

See how excited this person is!
Or
I am frustrated with my MLM Business!….
The pictures convey more than the words.
Make sure your posts don’t elicit the “It’s too long so I didn’t read it” response from your readers. Studies show that people stop paying attention more quickly when reading on the web than they do when reading print. For this reason, try to keep posts around 600-800 words plus or minus. Some types of posts, such as scholarly articles, don’t suffer from this loss of attention of much as others, so know your audience.
Also, break your writing in short paragraphs. Have quick reading and “white” spaces. This allows your reader to quickly see the subject and move to the next paragraphs.
Blogging is not a book where you sit and read. Blogging is conveying knowledge, advice, coaching, education, “how to’s” and entertainment.
