Getting good leads for your Business is not difficult if you are willing to work smart, stay focused and ignore distractions.
SHOCKING REALIZATION
Before you can get qualified free leads for your MLM Business Opportunity you must first understand that most people are not looking for a business opportunity, they’re looking to solve a problem. Your job is to uncover their problem.
The problem can vary, so a good marketing person is someone who understands and helps solve that problem.
Pitching Your Business Opportunity Will Only Turn Them OFF
A marketing person listens, ask pointed questions, carefully listens to the response and ask more questions. If done correctly you can gain a lot of information on their problem.
Car salesman solves the problem of transportation. Insurance people solves the problem of losses and health. A carpenter solves the problem of housing. Doctors solves the problems of health. Hearing aids solves the problem of communications.
If you begin by pitching, “Your Business Opportunity” without knowing what they are looking for or the problem they need to solve you will turn them away.
YOUR OPPORTUNITY, NOBODY CARES
Even if you have the best opportunity ever conceived. Most people don’t care, they have a problem and they will go to the first person who can show them how to solve it.
I’ve been in Network Marketing for a long time. And quite frankly I don’t have a clue how it works and I don’t care. Don’t ask me about the compassion plan, I don’t care, I solve problems. I alway think, “How can my business solve their problems or how can my product solve their problems.” I then create an answer to solve that problem.
Mike Dillard puts it this way, “people don’t buy drills, they buy holes. The drill is the tool to give them what they want – holes”.
FUNDED PROPOSAL
Do you have a personal branded Blog?
If you do, your job is to get prospects to your blog. Do this by using the free services of Facebook, Twitter, YouTube Video Marketing.
Facebook is the fastest growing Social Media available. Twitter ranks 9th. And YouTube is where people go to see video’s. On all three, remember you don’t pitch your business. So how do you get prospects?
Establish a relationship with people. Get to know them but most important be known as a “go to person or expert”. Even if you are not an expert, you probably know more than they do.
In your Tweets or Facebook post, direct them to your Blog or YouTube. Give them something FREE just for visiting. This could be an eBook, video training or advice. This is called a “funded proposal”.

Funded Proposal is a very effective marketing strategy for capturing Free Network Leads. The funded proposal should have an Opt-in for more information. The opt-in will capture the email.
Now you can begin the process of sending them information about your opportunity. You often hear “the money is in the list”. You can build the list by using any of the Free services of Facebook, Twitter, You Tube or any of the other social media program.
Using these free programs will drive traffic to your Capture Page. Traffic is what you are looking for. You need to Target your market. Use the “rifle” approach to get qualified leads.
Create an Avatar. Know who your marketing to. Know what their problems are. Have a good understanding on how you can solve their problems. But most of all…NEVER PITCH!!!
Never ever use the “shot gun” approach when trying to get leads for your business opportunity. You don’t have time for “tire kickers”.
