What do all great leaders do that most of us don’t? Planning
In a recent video, Eric told us that he creates a Game Plan ever year.
So the question…do you have a Game Plan?
Eric told me to make my Game Plan easy to implement and easy to follow.
Lay out my Game Plan as my guide.
Working on my Game Plan I came up with some suggested titles. With the help of Eric here are my Game Plan Titles:
- Projects…my affiliate program or MLM company or who I am promoting as my business
- Resources…who or what do I need to move my Projects forward
- Personal Development…what do I need to strengthen my personal efforts such as training.
- Strategies…the use of various media such as Facebook, Blogging, Instagram etc.
- Accomplishments…what do I want to accomplish this year. Personal and business.
- Goals…what are my goals. Example: “ I want $300,000 as yearly income by midnight 6/27/2015” or “Sr. Mgr with my business by midnight 6/27/2015”
- Skills…what skills do I need to development that will move me forward. Example “Better working with new prospects”.
With a home based business such as Network Marketing, Affiliate Marketing or MLM, it is very important to have a Game Plan as your guide. With out a guide, is like sailing a ship with out a compass.
The old saying “if you don’t know where you are going, any road will take you there.”
Thought you might like to see my Game Plan. This is what many successful people and business do when they make plans to grow.
Plan your year and work your plan. If you do, I can almost guarantee you will accomplish whatever you desire.
