I can remember a time in which my parents took me to town to shop. We would go from store to stores and see all the items on display. Mom would go to the clothing section, dad to farming and tools department and of course, we would have to visit the toy department.
It wasn’t that long ago.
Time changed, we started shopped at malls. No longer walking from store to store outside we now walked inside we could also have lunch while watching other people. During the holidays all the stores and mall was set in a holiday theme.
Many towns began to die while malls started to spring up. People spent more time in malls and the town stores could not compete.
Yes it was not that long ago.
What a difference a few years makes. Soon we started seeing Super Stores. Stores like Target, Walmart and KMart began to change even the malls. In my city a major mall saw less customers. Store began to close and finally the whole mall had only three “anchor” stores such as JC Penny’s, Von Maur and Sears.
Today that mall is being demolished to make way for something new.
So what is the future?
As we move toward fewer and fewer stores due to the cost of maintaining these stores many are now encouraging customers to oder “on-line”. Its cheaper for the store to move in this direction.
The question: “have you ordered anything on-line?” No! Well soon you will.
Another question: “when you do order on-line do you get money back?” I know the answer…probably not. Let’s say you spend $3,000 this year on products you order. Wouldn’t it be nice to have $210 returned to you just for shopping on-line. I am here to say that that is now possible.
Do you travel, stay at hotels, shop for shoes, health items, clothes, tools or just about anything you want. You now get money back on your shopping.
