The Secret To Becoming A Successful Entrepreneur

I never like articles that begin with THE SECRET TO…….

The real purpose to this type of headline is to get you to click on the article and direct you to another page.  In reality there is no real “Secret”.  The secret is “Work”.  Become a master at what you want then Work hard and steady.  Let me give you an example: remember when you were in school or college and the teacher gave you an assignment to be completed by tomorrow?  You completed the assignment by “working” at it until you were satisfied.  Another example: when you started your first job, were you good at it?  The answer is NO.  You had to “work” until you became the expert.  The same is true with entrepreneurship.  Will you be good when you first start?  NO.  Will you be good doing something every day toward your success?  YES.  So what is the “Secret”?  Steady Hard Work Until Your Good.

FIRST – Ever notice that when you turn on the news, listen to the radio or look at the television, all you see is doom and gloom?  There is a purpose, IT SELLS.  The problem with doom and gloom is that it also affects your outlook.  Unfortunately good new does not sell.  My advice – stay positive.  Avoid bad news.

SECOND – What ever happened to “your dream’? The one where you had the perfect…life, nice cars, dream house, best vacations and never had to worry about a thing and maybe the perfect business? Does your life look like that today? If so – Congratulations 99% of the world has never experienced such a dream and most never will.

Then again, it’s only a dream…Right?  WRONG!

Today, the only way to have the dream the financial future you want is to become a small business entrepreneur. Period. 99% of the world won’t realize that dream because they’re too afraid to grab the opportunity and have their own business. Sure, it’s easy to say you’ll start, but the problem with most people is that they’re stuck answering this question… What’s the right business?  Well if you keep asking the question you will never find it.

So what happens if you pick the wrong business, are you doomed to fail?  Not necessarily.  Anything can be corrected or modified.  But what if it was really WRONG?  Move On.  Forget it, at the very least you learned something .  You’ve accomplished more than 99% of people and you answered the question – I tried that business and it didn’t work, now to another.

But, if you pick right business, it’s like “money in the bank”.  I’m not going tell you that I know what the perfect business is for you. I simply don’t know that.  But I do know someone who showed me – my Perfect Business.  He’s a good friend,  Rob and he helped me find my perfect business.  Is it a “Perfect Business”?  For me Yes.  Can it be a “Perfect Business” for you?  I don’t know, you see for yourself.  For me I saw no competition and appealing to everyone.
