Every business has tools.  A lawn care business has lawn mowers, edgers, lawn treatment carts and others to conduct business.  A brick and morter business is no different.  They need signs, cash register, shelves and many other supplies to open the doors.   Network Marketing is no different.  You need tools to conduct business.  But unlike other business, your network marketing business only needs a small amount of tools such as an autoresponder, domain name and maybe a website.  I have identified some tools above.

A budget also lets you see the big picture, and get a good handle on what you are spending.

Your business should operate on a monthly budget. To create a more effective business plan, you must be aware of your financial resources and limitations. Remember that having a skimpy budget is not the way to make money.

When a prospect visits your website, your product or service should become very clear.  Give your prospect enough information to cause them to be curious.  Too much information and they may turn away.  What you want your prospect to do is to “ask” for more.  This gives you the opportunity to start building a relationship.  Remember that no one wants to be sold, they want to buy.  Allow your prospect to buy. Then, it will be much easier for him or her to decide whether or not he or she is interested.

Choose your distributors and products carefully because they will become a reflection on you and your business, just as you also reflect on them.  In your business you have the opportunity as to who want to work with.  The real beauty of network marketing is the ability to choose your distributors.  If you are not comfortable with the person, simply walk away.
