It seems at almost every major conference, there are several “expert” speaker, who will tell you how they began. How they started and where they are now. These experts will talk about focusing on your business, how to get leads…even FREE leads. They will tell you to Never quit and motivate you.
At these events you will be inspired, motivated and gain knowledge to build your affiliate business or network marketing business. Now why do they have different expert speakers? Simply put, you will identify with some and may not with another.
There is one very successful lady at most of these events that talks but I really don’t listen. Why? I don’t identify with her. However, when another presenter talks and says the very same thing, I get a lot of information. Information to help me in my home business.
It’s about communications.
Why is this important? Your not going to connect with everyone. Knowing this helps you in growing your business. How? Work with those who you are comfortable with and they with you.

When a potential customer or team member decide to look for an expert to solve their problems, they don’t type in the words, “expert to solve my problems” or “confused with my marketing difficulties”. They search for phrases like “How To Make Money Blogging”, “How To Use Facebook”, “How To Get Free Leads”, “How To Build My MLM Business”, etc.
Be there for them!
Take these keywords and use them. People are searching, asking for help, frustrated, and want someone to step forward to give help and advice. Be There For Them!
Be that person and soon you will find a loyal follower who may join your business opportunity. They’re not looking to be “sold.” They are looking for help.

What can you do to attract more potential team members?
1. Use the keyword phrases people are using to find their “hurt” or “problem” or “their call for help”. Know your target audience. Who they are, what they want, where are they hurting.
2. Once you have the attention of a prospective team member, show them the benefits, how much more connected they’ll be, and how much better their life will be working with you. Focus on “helping” them not selling. Market a lifestyle by working with you.
Until you gain their trust, do not sell or pitch. This is what armatures do. Be a professional marketer and your business will grow.

3. Educate your prospective prospect on “you’re here to help”. Give them advice and help. Give them a training video or ebook or something to show that you are a professional in you field. We call this “Attraction Marketing.” Even if you have to fake it a little, you know more thanthey do. Let them understand it’s as common to have problems.
4. Use the technology available to you. Today you have a wealth of technology such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Blogging, and a host of other Social Media to attract potential prospects. But be careful here. Too much technology can overwhelm and confuse you. Choose one and become an expert before moving onto another.
